From Maylands, reaching Lombok is a journey of approximately 3,000 km. The most practical route is flying from Perth to Lombok International Airport (LOP) via Denpasar or Jakarta – a total journey of about 6-8 hours.

Alternatively, adventurous travelers can fly to Bali and take a ferry or fast boat across the Lombok Strait.
